Ichi rolled his eyes, and mumbled something about alcoholic beverages. I glared up at him. I never liked it when people made fun of my name. It had been my parents' choice to name me that not mine.

All was dark and I felt as if I were floating. It was a strange felling, my limbs felt as light as a feather, and I couldn't sense the ground below me. Or if there even was one, I couldn't tell.
I looked all around me to see if there was even just a little bit of light, but there was none. I had never been in such a complete darkness before, and I wondered briefly if this was what happened after your body died.
